	SALIENT FEATURES : 1 Polyester Round sling is Superior Quality, conforming to BS 6668 PART 2,1987 material construction of sling is 100% Polyster Yarn Hank wound continuously together in the form of the Endless Sling. The Safety Factor is 7:1. 2 It is a double Sleeve Type. The Yarn Hank provides better protection and longer service life with greater resistance to wear and damage using suitable outer sleeve on the Polyester yarn hank. POLYESTER WEBBING SLINGS : The Polyester Webbing Slings with reinforced Eyes at both sides are manufactured as per BS 3481 Part 1 & Part 2 1983. The Safety factor is 7:1. PROPERTIES OF SLINGS : It is of low weight, non corrosive, good resistance to heat, excellent electrical insulation properties and good chemical resistance as per specified standard. Working temperature range -40 deg. C to + 100 deg. C. It does not have any Fibre Optic Core. It will not create sparks in explosive or harardous environments. The maximum Elongation permitted is only 2.5% at WLL. Safety Factor for Sling is minimum 7:1 Each Sling carries a tag indicating Sling no. Type, WLL Load test date. It is suitable for choked lift (choked mode) also. MATERIAL CONSTRUCTION DETAILS : 100% Polyester Yarn used to manufacture Slings with relative density of 1.38 & melting point 260 Deg. C. The safe working temperature for these slings are (-) 40 deg. C to (+) 100 deg. C. Elasticity is 2.5% elongation at SWL rated capacity & recovery is 95 % after 24 hours. Its electrical resistance, in dry state, tends to infinity. Thermal, electrical & friction co-efficient are as per International code DIN - EN 1492 - Part 2/BS 6668 PART II/BS 3481 PART 2 1983. These slings are highly resistant to mid acids, alkalis, alcohol, bleaching agents, dry cleaning solvents, Halogenate Hydrocarbons, Ketones, Crude oil, Soap & detergent.
Do's & Don'ts for safe use of flat Web Sling and Round sling and Ratchet of SAMSON BRAND
1)	Use only identified sling.	8)	Do not store sling in ultraviolet light OR direct sunlight OR near direct heat.
2)	Never use a damaged sling.	9)	Never use a round sling that has a damaged outer sheath.
3)	Never make knots in a sling.	10)	Always observe the certified capacity of a sling.
4)	Never drag a slings from underneath a load that is resting on it	11)	Always inspect a sling before use.
5)	Never use a sling with unprotected sharp edges.	12)	When inspecting sling examine the full length for chafe/cuts/seam damage.
6)	Always ensure that lifting hooks or devoices have smooth edges that will not damage the eyes of the sling.	13)	Any sling with cuts at the edge or damaged to stitched seems must be taken out of service immediately.
7)	If slings are to used in chemically abnormal atmospheres or in constant high temperature then seek confirmation of advices before use.	14)	Working Temperature range-40c+100c
